We like Country Markets
Everyone enjoys the camaradie, the sense of creating something worthwhile and the boost to self esteem when people like what you produce enough to pay money for it!
Country markets is a fun activity to do together. There's a strong feeling that everyone is working together to produce something that is rather special. In a world where so much is superficial, Country Markets is solid and real.
You don't make a living out of Country Markets but it can be a "sand box" where you can try out ideas in a safe and supportive environment. If you think you might try setting up, say, a cup cake business, try selling through Country Markets first to gain experience.
As well as the regular markets we have stalls at outside evnts, especially village fetes. Country Markets pays the stall fees. We just have to bring along our produce and enjoy the appreciation of the visitors. It's really enjoyable.
