Genuinely home-produced goods. In the case of perishable foods these must be freshly prepared and must not have been previously frozen:

All food handlers are required by law to undertake Food Hygiene training. Our cooked-food Producers must have a Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering. If you haven't got one already, the Market will advise you on how to obtain one. Its a simple process
A handbook guides you on packaging, labelling etc.

It costs 5p to become a lifetime member! paying for an invoice book and apron will bring the cost up to £10. That is all. The market, which is a non-profit organisation, keeps 10-15% of sales to cover rent, advertising etc.
